Hi, my name is Shanna Tourtlotte and I am the owner and Director of Operations at SYNERGY HomeCare of Billings. I am a graduate of Montana State University-Billings and have a professional background in accounting and insurance.

I was born and raised in Eastern Montana and my husband, Matt, and I have 3 wonderful children, Olivia, Drake, and Colton. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy golfing, water skiing, camping, hiking, traveling and following my children in sports.

Like most families, my family is quick to bring out the game board or the cards at a typical family gathering. I remember sitting with my grandma while she taught me the game of pinochle. While teaching me the nuances of the game, she also instilled in me the richness and value of spending time with loved ones in the family home.

Now more than ever, people value the ability to stay in their own home. In 2009, I joined the SYNERGY HomeCare family and have been involved in every aspect of the business since that time. Over the years I have had the pleasure of helping people of all ages navigate the challenges in life that can lead to additional care needs in a variety of settings.

Hi! My name is Sherry Ross. I've been working for SYNERGY HomeCare Billings since 2013.

I am born and raised in Maple Grove, MN. I grew up fishing (with a bobber), spending time with family, and loving MN lake water. When I graduated high school, I decided I was going to travel so I went to college in North Dakota. I know, I know... it's only 200 miles but it seemed across the world at 18. I chose to double major in Accounting and Business. I graduated in 1996 from North Dakota State University.

While a student at NDSU, I took a job in banking. I worked in a supermarket location (all the rage in the 90's). Upon graduation, I accepted a promotion within that same bank as the manager of operations. I managed 22 operational full-time employees in 7 banks in ND and MN. However, the birth of my first born, put a quick end to that 3 year adventure and I choose to be a stay at home Mom.

I have 3 wonderful children. 2 daughters and a son. They keep me going non-stop. I have a dancer, violist, swimmer, pianist, percussionist, volleyball player, soccer player and a basketball player. Sounds like I have 8 kids but 3 manage to pack those activities in, on any given day. They are also all involved in our church.

I love my position here at SYNERGY HomeCare. I've quickly built strong relationships with our Caregivers and our Clients as well.

Hi, I'm Nikki Pinkerton. I've been working with SYNERGY Home Care since 2014. I started my career as a CNA in 2006. I have been doing Health Care scheduling for about 2008. I finally found my place in Home Health in 2010. I absolutely love my job and work for an amazing company.

I have a wonderful Husband Tom, two amazing boys, and one sweet girl. My children are my world and keep me extremely busy. I have the luxury of working a fulfilling job and being able to raise my children. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to work with you and your loved ones to make the right scheduling match!
