The Synergy office team are caring about the staff. Synergy tries to give you opportunities to get more hours in. They are very understanding when you call out. I love how they care about the clients. They are very quick to get a hold of the clients when they are not answering the door or getting a hold of someone that can get in contact with your clients. They like to give many opportunities to get taught about special tools to make yourself more comfortable working with clients that have special needs that need to be met.
