Synergy is a great place to work and the staff are amazing. I been with Synergy for almost 3 years now and I love working with the Synergy staff and clients. Synergy shows interest in their caregivers and offers rewards for caregivers. Each client is treated with respect and dignity.
I feel like Synergy is probably one of the best home care agency. The office staff always makes sure we have the most updated care plan before we go out and visit a client, and if there is a change they are sure to let's us know. Our clients seem very happy with our services and when they call into office, I had a clients wife say to me, everyone in the office is so helpful and nice. I like how the staff is always there to back us in the field. I could not work for a better companny.
