In today's society there has been a movement for senior citizens to stay in their homes as they age. Family members are concerned about their quality of life. Family members try to help as much as they can but have limited time to take care of their parents needs. With work and family issues of their own they often aren't able to meet all the needs. This is where Synergy can be of help. Synergy can provide the needed care
thus relieving the families concerns.

Synergy has been a great company to work for, you can make your own schedule, work when you want, get overtime if you want, and they want to find their clients the caregiver that best suits them. If you don't have much experience and you want to get more, Synergy is a great place to start. If you have a lot of experience as I do , you can choose a client that would greatly benefit from it. They have fun games and contests, and you can ALWAYS reach someone from Synergy if you run into any problems or have any questions. Even at 2am on a Sunday. There's even more great things I could say but you get the point. The pay is on the lower side if you have a lot of experience but they make up for it in other ways, and you can pick a job from the list of clients and the pay goes up for a client when they REALLY REALLY need to find someone to go to a clients house.The pay can go as high as 30.00 per hour. Ok one more thing and then I will stop. Synergy also has a great benefits that I have never had before and I LOVE It. Employees can get cash advances. Through an app called Zayzoon, if you work Monday a shift any amount of hours, on Tuesday you can get an advance. The amount depends on how many hours you worked the previous day. Ok one more thing WE HAVE SOME OF THE MOST AMAZING COOLEST MOST INTERESTING CLIENTS, who have some pretty great stories and life lessons.. And Synergy's office staff and on call weekend staff are so so nice! All the time!! Ok I'm done
